sView 2008

sView 2008 is a program for displaying stereoscopic pictures onto special hardware.

Look-and-feel

1) supported input stereo formats (only 24bit):

  • main - JPS, PNS (JPEG side-by-side; PNG side-by-side);
  • others - JPG, PNG (side-by-side, over/under, interlaced);

2) supported outputs for devices:

  • software PageFlip (lcd shuttered glasses and compatible);
  • anaglyph (Red-Blue glasses);
  • iZ3D displays;
  • DualOutput;
  • Mirrored (horizontal) Output;

3) you can 'navigate' picture:

  • zooming;
  • walking;
  • separation control;
  • rotate and others...;

4) easy to walk around pictures in current folder (Slide-Show also);

5) languages - build-in russian and english (chose on setup).

Requments

Current version must work correctly on most modern PCs:

  • OS Windows XP / Vista (any x86 or AMD64);
  • modern GPU (not all Intel) with 128MB+ onboard (tested GeForce6+);
  • correct OpenGL driver for your GPU (NVIDIA, AMD/ATi, maybe others).

Software pageflip sync: known problems with unofficial dual AGP+PCI-E motherboards; in some reasons you'll may need to close others 3D-applications for sView runned time.

sView 2008 was fully written by Kirill Gavrilov. You can read more in about section.

sView uses iZ3D, Inc code for iZ3D output mode. DevIL library (LGPL) used for image uploading.
